Below are pictures of Shere Khan from the time he was born to his current age. We gave him the name from Jungle Book since we have lots of Disney named newfs that have gone to other homes or live here. His registered name we spelled in a manor to keep Shere Khan but to have the meaning I was after. It is "Posterpup Shere Khanphuezion" ( in english, its shear confusion) I named him that because all my close at the time were confused as to why I kept a landseer, in the past I have preferred blacks since in my personal opinion they are bigger built and more laid back:) Now that I have raised Shere Khan, he has turned out to be what I always wanted to see in landseers and hadn't, that was the black build, black disposition but in the landseer coloring/markings :) He is a sweetie! He is a Whispurr/Ditto son and was born 1-02-2003.

Below are some pictures I took of him when we went to Oregon for 2 weeks. In the last picture he is barking and pouncing on this great toddler toy called the Bumble ball. remember those? We just happened to end up in a Thrift store in Oregon for my sister to get crafts and they had 4 of these, 2 small 2 large and I bought them. What a perfect newf entertainer toy! He had a blast with these and after hours of barking, catching and pouncing on these I finally decided to give the balls a break...LOL...why didn't I think of this toy before:) Oh yeah, best part...99 cents each! What more can you ask for in a toy:)
Below are pictures that I took 1-25-2004 He is now a year old. He is 29 inches tall and weighs 142, still heavier than I like for this age but all lean so there is not much I can do about this. As you can see by the pictures he is still in that teen gauky stage and has shedded out his baby coat finally.
